Description: A Certified Construction Reviewer (CCR) is a private inspector of sediment and stormwater controls who is hired by a developer when required by the review agency. This 3½-day course offers detailed information on sediment control and stormwater management practices, and is provided as training to individuals who wish to qualify as Certified Construction Reviewers as specified in the Delaware Sediment and Stormwater Regulations. In addition, the course will benefit anyone in the government, engineering, consulting, contracting, or land development professions that work in the field of sediment and stormwater management. Certification is valid for five years.
Class size: 70-85, held at Modern Maturity Centered during specifically scheduled dates, limit of two per company per course.
Time: 3 full days and mandatory ½-day field trip.
Cost: $225 per person which includes continental breakfast and lunch for each day and a course manual.
Special considerations: Must pass a written exam. Must be present for full duration of course.

Recertification for CCR
Description: The CCR recertification is for those individuals who are already CCR certified and would like to continue certification. This one-day course highlights any changes in the Sediment and Stormwater Program and Regulations, along with newer approaches to stormwater management.
Class size: 70-85, held at Modern Maturity Centered during specifically scheduled dates.
Time: 1 full day.
Cost: The course fee is $90, which includes continental breakfast and a course manual.
Special considerations: Must be present for full duration of course. Must hold current CCR certification. CCRs whose certification will expire in the current year will be notified to take the CCR Recertification course.
