The District Operations Section (DOS) provides technical and financial assistance to Delaware’s farmers, landowners, and homeowners to protect and enhance Delaware’s soil and water resources. Some of this work is completed by DOS staff, while in other cases, DOS provides funding to other entities to achieve its goals. Funding is made available through the Delaware Legislature and EPA’s Section 319 federal grant.
